What a time to be alive. Easier to ace an astrophysics test and masterfully contemplate the mysteries of the 4th dimension and beyond than it is to make sense of this phenomenon. Most of the auctions I looked at don't even have repeat accounts bidding, it's all different accounts and most have one, or two bids on each listing.

But yeah, if it's the same card being relisted again and again it's likely shilled or he just isn't getting whatever absurd price he's looking for.

It has gotten insane. I feel like comps are meaning less and less each day. There have been 36, yes 36, copies of various parallels of a Jose Ramirez auto that has been listed, "sold" and relisted every five days with DCSports since February 6th. They run five day auctions, so they'll run them all and then just relist it the next day or two. This is ROUND SEVEN of this. Who knows if any of them genuinely sell amidst this chaos, but it's absurd.

lmfao I had looked at it too after I made this post, just insane. I can't see what his old user name used to be, but he recently changed it. I don't know if it's just me, but apparently you can no longer see the seller's past user names like you could in the past. Thanks for nothing, eBay!

LOL I think DCsports is awful, I remember messaging them in the past just to let them know they've got their parallels incorrect and they didn't give two turds. I'm not surprised to be honest. Check these out, not a single one is gold. Just adds to the frustration of searching for refractors, or patch cards, only to be met with base chromium and jersey swatch slop from idiots ignorantly, or knowingly and willfully posting with incorrect descriptions in the listing titles.

There are also other sellers who will use every single buzz word / key term they can cram into a listing title and will take ultra high contrast color settings up to the max to make the card more colorful and it's really just some base card, or 26 cent insert from UD that no one cares about, but they're selling them at 30, 40, 50 bucks a pop. I noticed this really gain steam right around the time when people were slobbing on GaryV's lil knob and trying to usher him in as the sports card messiah, especially a few wackos on BO. Same thing this guy is doing with his Kobe "2nd year RC" "Gold holo" as mindcycle mentioned, lmfao
