lmao dude I feel like trades are so freaking rare these days, I did a deal with dengbang a few months back and felt more euphoric than a redditor who just met neil degrasse tyson.

They've got some SICK patches in these sets, but at least half of them are of guys I never heard of and have names that look like an alien's name in egyptian.

I'd love to do a quad for each player, but it's such a pain in the ass finding gems of any other player, it's basically ALL MJ or Shaq lol ...and when you find cards of another player, seller's want a bajillion dollars for them. I think this is the best way to collect amazing base cards though, going to stick to the low end stuff I remember as a kid with the best of the best when it comes to photography, it's the simple things that make the card.

I love the color match. I saw this card on Comc in 2020, by the time I went to purchase it was gone(Ja+Covid remember?) ...and have never seen another one surface! I won it this past April and had my fingers crossed it would cross the water safely! It did! Might have to get it graded someday!

Indeed, I like the old school stuff more and more these days. Simple designs go a long way, and cool photography that doesn't rely on psychedelic patterns for appeal is always a good thing!

This is a reoccurring theme of sorts too. As I’ve mentioned before, years back he also tipped me off to the Penny 250/250 Row 0 on eBay. If it wasn’t for the crazy prices of some of the other Row 0 cards /250 (mainly mj/kobe/duncan) I’d be going for the whole set after essentially being gifted half of all 80 cards.

Attended a card show today and found quite the deal where I live at shows, which is in the bargain bins.

Now, I don't buy Panini very often, but when I do it's a future HoFer auto priced at $5. The seller only charged me $4 too lol.
I didn't even notice it was a rookie card. I had a friend look thru my bargain bin stack before I left and he pointed it out.



There's a BIN for $90 on the bay now followed by a $94, and a $117 and goes up from there.
Last 2.5 months of sales have seen them go $105, $55, $66, $70, and $42.

Not bad....

I remember being critical of this set on Blowout when I first joined over a decade ago. I don’t know what I was thinking. Very nice card in hand. I love how his blue away jersey pairs with the foil too.

Excited for today's mailday. This has a giant patch from when the Pacers wore the special Hickory Jerseys. Panini being Panini of course they inserted it upside down but I love unique jerseys like this
