Honestly, now that I think about it, I think they chose the right guy to be the face for the company. Speaks volumes, really. (Allegedly, in my opinion)

Keep in mind this guy knows the predatory nature of up charges, but he doesn't mind profiting off them! (Allegedly, in my opinion.)
