I'm not surprised at all. Their sister company cardladder is only there to benefit them, ie grading your card for more based on a comp. When it comes to paying the insurance the card is always worth far less

PSA, aka, Professional Scam Artists.
PSA went downhill when VC bought out Collectors Holdings. Not that it was that great before, but it's so profit oriented now that they seemingly go out of their way to extract ever last cent they can from people who use their services.
