Great pickup on that Hill, I really love the “base” Showcase rows the best for Legacies.

Speaking of VC, some dude commented after I posted the Exquisite on IG that he needed it, unfortunately for him that’s staying in my Vince side pc.

Thanks dude. I love that it's a color match with the white border mag too. I think I want to pick up a handful more of these Row 3 at some point.

As for the VC, love that year's design. They should've holofoiled it, but still a sick design regardless. Besides, it's a Nickel Card Club exclusive.

You're right, I remember searching high and low for this one and a fellow collector who knew I was looking for it found it and sent it to me. Located it at a card show out hunting for stuff if I remember correctly. It's still a mystery why the OTB Golds are so difficult to find and what the print run is on those, or did the factory just not print the majority of the Golds properly? Makes me wonder.

This Hill actually came out of a father / son super collection built back in the 90s / 2000s. I picked up three cards from this collection, being the Row 1, 2 and 3, so these three cards have been together for that long. DoubleX The Beast needed the Row 0 at the time, so I left it to him to snag. Fun little history about this exact card.

Beautiful cards as always, Abra. Thanks for sharing that tidbit on the Hill, it’s always cool to grab cards that are a little more meaningful in their acquisitions than simply picking up via eBay.

Thanks dude, much appreciated. I think it was JEA from BO that I got these from, as a dealer I believe he picked up the bulk, if not the entire collection, great dealer.

As for DoubleX, I do know he moved his Hill PC years back, but then got into baseball, not sure if he's still active or not, but he was a cool dude.
